It's really not that difficult

Workout done, it's 20 minutes at this stage, max! That said it's a much needed wake up call for my chest and shoulders, yes shoulders.  Skipping again has quickly exposed the weakness on my top deck. I already knew about inactive glutes, especially left side, so squats and lunges to the rescue down there. So glad to have started this up again, and these short workouts remind me that no matter how busy we get at work or wherever, there's always 30 minutes for a skip, some leg work, a few push ups and sit ups.  You just have to own it.
